Shaikh Isa Bin Ali House - Shaikh Isa Bin Ali House - The mansion was erected by Shaikh Hassan Bin Abdulla Bin Ahmed Al-Fatih in Muharraq, Bahrain's second city, and served as Shaikh Isa Bin Ali's residence and administrative hub from 1869 to 1932. It is separated into four sections: the family wing, the Shaikh's wing, the Guest wing, and the attendant's wing. The house is designed in a traditional style, with rooms overlooking an open courtyard and a wind tower, both of which are features of traditional architecture in the Arabian Gulf region. The home was created in the nineteenth century with local materials. Materials such as coral stone, cement, and palm tree trunks were employed. The windows are embellished with ventilated gypsum geometrical motifs.
Al Fateh Grand Mosque - The Grand Mosque stands out against the backdrop of palm trees and the sea. The Grand Mosque truly lives up to its name, with its excellent Bahraini architecture, topped by the world's largest fibreglass dome, and graced with the serenity reserved for the holiest of holy sites. Though non-Muslim visitors are welcome, they should dress modestly, cover their heads (for women), and remove their shoes before entering.
Bahrain National Museum - Located at the Muharraq Causeway and the King Faisal Highway, it houses a wonderful collection of exhibits ranging from contemporary Bahraini paintings, sculptures, and ceramics to scenes depicting life in the Dilmun civilization 6000 years ago, as well as a reconstructed burial mound complete with skeleton! A section on Arabic calligraphy, which includes a beautiful display of illuminated Qur'ans and other religious documents, is breathtaking, and no visit would be complete without a closer look at traditional trades and crafts, which are cleverly displayed in a reconstruction of a typical souq from the 1930s.
The Bahrain Fort, also known as the Bahrain Fort or Fort of Bahrain, and previously as the Portugal Fort (Qal'at al Portugal), is an archaeological landmark in Bahrain, on the Arabian Peninsula. Since 1954, archaeologists have discovered antiques from a 12-meter-high artificial mound with seven stacked levels, which was erected by a variety of occupants from 2300 BC to the 18th century, including Kassites, Portuguese, and Persians. It was the capital of the Dilmun civilization at the time and was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2005.
After lunch, we'll visit the A'ali Burial Mounds. Bahrain has the world's biggest prehistoric graveyard, the A'ali Burial Mounds. There are around 170,000 burial mounds ranging in date from 3000 BC to 600 AD. Each of these mounds surrounded a stone-built chamber that served as a grave. Despite being plundered or destroyed in the past, several of these are still standing today. The best preserved mounds are in A'ali village. Historians and archaeologists are still baffled by the mounds.
Camel Farm - The camels are kept in the open here so that visitors may get up close and personal with them in their natural habitat. More than 400 camels live on the farm.
The King Fahad Causeway connects Bahrain and Saudi Arabia and was completed in 1986. It is one of the most expensive bridges in the world. The causeway traverses Umm Nasan Island, a wildlife refuge, and there is a facility area with one tower restaurant at the halfway point that you can visit even if you do not drive the complete distance to Saudi Arabia.
Manama Souq & Gold Souq - Bahrain's Manama Souq is a vibrant bazaar with both traditional and modern shopping areas. The souq sits near Bab Al Bahrai in the centre of Manama. Visitors and travellers can choose and browse nearly all varieties of unique and common spices, thobes, exquisite fabrics, kaftans, Dry fruits, regionally different Handicrafts, nuts, and almost anything else they desire to gather. At the end of the excursion, we return to the hotel.
After the Breakfast, check-out from the hotel & transfer the guest to airport for the departure flight.
